Orton Over Grossman
Rex Grossman, former star at Bloomington’s beloved South High School, has been ousted for the starting QB position by fellow hoosier, Kyle Orton (of Purdue). Orton did a great job last year of filling in and replacing spare Grossman, whose career is fizzling as fast as it began. Who knows, maybe the Spare QB by committee approach will work again for the Bears this year.
Oh yeah, it didn’t work.
